Caribbean Island of La Guadeloupe, La Martinique and the island of La Réunion in the Indian Ocean Christmas is often
celebrated by, amongst other local specialties, having the traditional
"boudin Antillais" or black pudding from the West Indies for lunch on Christmas day.
