JERK CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
4 lemon or lime juice
8 skinless chicken breast
220ml water
4g brown sugar
2g nutmeg
4g ground all spice
2g ground ginger
3g ground black pepper
3g dried thyme
30ml Vegetable oil
100g chopped spring onions
2 chopped red onions ( can use white onions)
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1 or 2 diced habanero pepper( advise to use gloves)
